Having the same problem with a lot of games... what is happening? If EA got hacked, why did not we receive an email that somebody logged in? I have all 2FA set up, and I did not get any notification that someone tried to log in.
I also have 2FA. Noone logged into my account and removed games from my library. The EA app is spreading lies and from the reactions of EA staff here, they are apparently only copy & paste their "assurance" that everything is working as intended. I could laugh if it were not that sad.
And why is this thread marked as "solved"? Nothing is solved. It is a constant pain in the back, if you ask me.
