Re: Why does the EA app display "Games have been removed from your library"?

Well today I felt like playing Dragon Age again and was greeted by the games andf all add-ons missing from my library and listed as "removed for an unlisted reason" on the 23rd of march 2024 (A list of 31 Items total on 4 screenshots i couldn't all upload). I had the games bought somewhere back in 2014 on the Origin app and had the account moved to the EA app when origins was discontinued. I tried to ask for help in the EA help chat but they couldn't help.I guess the games are just gone? Or is there a fix to this?

    Hi @M1tzunari,

Did you purchase the game through Origin app? If yes you should have an invoice in your email and the order number in your EA Account. With that information, you can contact EA Help Support and they should be able to assist you in recovering access to the game.

  • Hi, I'm facing the same issue. Purchased the game on Steam and Epic game store though.

DA: Inquisition GOTY edition is currently free on Epic games till May 23, can you please try adding that edition of the game to your Epic account to see if it syncs and allows you to access your content?

  • My version is the GOTY edition. Did not see any option to remove it and add it back.
