Re: Why does the EA app display "Games have been removed from your library"?

Worst customer experience ive ever had. This is my dwarf account for BF1, i purchased Bf1 through origin and played around 3-4h. Since then, like almost 2 year ago, never touched it again, until today, with this new EA app system where to my susprise i have a msg about games been erased. Xbox Pass games i used to play are erased obviously, but where tf is my Bf1 now? After 2h of chat of EA help service, chatting with people with indian names and clearly using some kind of a weak translator to speak in spanish which is my mother language, two of them said the game is active in my ea account, but all the solutions they give me are the same i previously found in this kind of forums, so no solution. Two other help advisers, just came up with excuses where i cannot own the game if i cannot proove i bought it, which was like 3-4 years ago, which is stupid. Literally this company is stealing from us users and lauging off our faces. EA is just a sewer.
