Hello, I'm having the same invalid license problem in The Sims 4. It's been three weeks, and I can't find a solution. Were you able to fix the issue?

@15o900  I've been dealing with this since May and haven't been able to get any help for EA. Other then my posts being deleted or moved to completely ignored threads like this one.

  • Yeah, none of them over at EA give a crap about this issue.  All I've found is that every time I boot up my EA launcher, it has nearly 20 of my games missing.  I restart the app, and they show up.  I think this is a different problem to what people experiencing invalid licences are having, but EA don't care about that either, just lumping all this together makes it easier for them to ignore.

    Hey, good to know, thanks.

I haven't experienced any issues since before my older post. Importantly My Windows 10 has been consistently up to date since then.

So, IMHO, re: W10, you are right! 😃

Edit: Qualifiyer. There could still be other problems? No idea, but at least in my case, since initial issue back in errmm, May I think it

has never returned. I HOPE, this is a solution for everyone.

TBH, it should be enough. Well, thanks again.
