Refund Request Issue
I recently purchased NFS Unbound from EA app through my Visa card. But this doesn't seem worthy of my purchase and I wanted to request a refund. I've checked the rules and it said refund request is elligible for first 24 hour after launching the game for the first time. However, as I tried to request a refund, the page said there's no game elligible for refund whereas I clearly meet the criteria for the refund. I have attached the screenshot of the game and the refund request page down here.
I'd be very glad and thankful if you can help me solving this issue.
