Start in offline mode

It's extremely disheartening to lose your progress when your game INSTANTLY SHUTS DOWN WITHOUT WARNING because someone opens this stupid app on another device. My kids play on my account now and then and they're not the most mindful. I need this program to open in offline mode when they launch sims 4 so it doesn't INSTANTLY, WITH NO WARNING, shut down my game. Origin just forced you offline and did NOT SHUT DOWN YOUR WHOLE GAME WITHOUT WARNING. This is honestly the thing I am most angry about even being an issue. 

So when is this going to get fixed, EA?

    Hey @Saeguh account sharing in this manner is not something that we allow. Your EA account cannot be used on two systems at the same time and this is not something that we can help with.

    Ok but I don't want to even use an EA account to play my games. I want to just play the games I've paid for and allow my kids to play the games I paid for. Ya'll are FORCING me to use this stupid app in the first place. Ridiculous.

    Hey @Saeguh in order to play any EA games you will need an EA account. 

    This has been the case for over a decade at this point and there is no way to play EA games without the EA app.

    So we have to be online all the time to play our games?? i am not always in range of wifi so now i cannot play without being online?

    @bethie11389Hi, you need to be online when you open the EA app, then you can click on the hamburger menu on the upper left of the window and choose to go offline. Not all the games can be played offline though.
