STRANGE ACCOUNT BAN

Hello, This may not be the best place but my EA account was randomly banned today because of an automatic refund I did not control? I tried to contact EA but it seems impossible. maybe live chat is gone? 

all I did was buy EA PLAY PRO and buy some fifa points. im not interested in refunding it, I have the money but somehow my bank made a refund and now I am banned. what can I do? 

(check both images) the 2nd one is me getting a refund (I never asked for) and 1 minute before that I am banned.
