The EA app charged me twice for one product and they don't want to refund

Hello, I have bad experience with EA Help.

The EA app charged me two payments for one product, specifically The Sims™ 4 Sleek Bathroom Kit add-on. I accidentally paid for the product twice, as the application did not respond the first time, but my money was charged. I contacted support immediately, but they closed my case without explanation. The next day I contacted them again with a statement of payments, and they did not resolve the case again and did not return my money. Technical support is at a very poor level, you cannot contact anyone or talk with human. 

Has this happened to anyone?

    Hi I have had the same issue, but I cant find the option to even contact anyone about this to report the issue.

    To request a refund for that, you will need to speak to EA Help Support as we're unable to issue refunds here on the EA Forums. I see you mentioned that you already tried contacting the EA Help Support team. When contacting them, did you manage to speak to someone via chat? If not, I would suggest that you try again and contact them via chat to get this resolved.     This happened to me with both Sleek Bathroom and Sweet Allure. I'm very upset. EA help Support will only send me in bot circles to the page that says I'm ineligible for any "great game guarantee" refunds.
