The EA app charged me twice for one product and they don't want to refund

Hello, I have bad experience with EA Help.

The EA app charged me two payments for one product, specifically The Sims™ 4 Sleek Bathroom Kit add-on. I accidentally paid for the product twice, as the application did not respond the first time, but my money was charged. I contacted support immediately, but they closed my case without explanation. The next day I contacted them again with a statement of payments, and they did not resolve the case again and did not return my money. Technical support is at a very poor level, you cannot contact anyone or talk with human. 

Has this happened to anyone?

    Hi I have had the same issue, but I cant find the option to even contact anyone about this to report the issue.

    To request a refund for that, you will need to speak to EA Help Support as we're unable to issue refunds here on the EA Forums. I see you mentioned that you already tried contacting the EA Help Support team. When contacting them, did you manage to speak to someone via chat? If not, I would suggest that you try again and contact them via chat to get this resolved.     This happened to me with both Sleek Bathroom and Sweet Allure. I'm very upset. EA help Support will only send me in bot circles to the page that says I'm ineligible for any "great game guarantee" refunds.

    I was trying to contact them twice via chat and they always closed my case with nothing. Communication with EA Help is on very poor level. I know its big company but I expect that if I contact someone twice at least they will check my situation. I sent them screenshot from my purchase history and my bank statement. They also have my email so they can contach me via that. Im sorry but what you send is not usefull. Can you tell me how can I contact them? What topic should I choose to contact them on EA Help? Or can I contact them via email?

    EK76YO​ & MisiBerryCherry​  if you believe you're eligible for a refund and you're unable to request it automatically using the great games guarantee, please contact EA Help Support. 

    For instructions on how to contact support, please see: How to get help with your EA Account. Sometimes, depending on the subject and product selected, you might not get the chat as a contact option. If you're not getting this option, then please try selecting "EA Account" as a product and "I need help with my account" as a subject, which should give you the option to start a chat.
