The EA app charged me twice for one product and they don't want to refund
Hello, I have bad experience with EA Help.
The EA app charged me two payments for one product, specifically The Sims™ 4 Sleek Bathroom Kit add-on. I accidentally paid for the product twice, as the application did not respond the first time, but my money was charged. I contacted support immediately, but they closed my case without explanation. The next day I contacted them again with a statement of payments, and they did not resolve the case again and did not return my money. Technical support is at a very poor level, you cannot contact anyone or talk with human.
Has this happened to anyone?
