UNLINKING MY EA ACCOUNT

Recently lost my EA account due to some issues, not really looking to get it back. It's linked to my steam account and I have no way of unlinking it so I cant play various games on my steam account, I was wondering how I would be able to unlink the EA account without logging in, thanks in advance.
