the sims 4 not available
the sims 4 says its not available on both the ea app and the website, I have been trying to download it for months and still the same issue, any recommendation? + I have mac

Where are you located? Certain regions have standards that limit the availability of Sims 4, which would explain why the app isn't available for download.
If you're not located in one of the regions listed in that post, it'd be worth connecting with live support to see if there are any account-related issues preventing the game from being available.
