My appeal concerns the developers and management of the department responsible for the development of the game store.
For more than 5 years, the Ukrainian gaming community has been actively asking you to separate our Ukrainian region from the Russian one. Asks to give the opportunity to buy games for our national currency, the hryvnia.
During these 5 years, there was not even an official response from your company!
Therefore, I am contacting you again and asking you to write the approximate time of introduction of the Ukrainian currency in your store, or honestly write that you will not do anything in this direction in the coming year. Have respect for gamers from Ukraine.
Therefore, we ask you to:
⁃ remove Russian rubles, which have never been in circulation in independent Ukraine, as well as Russian payment services such as YooMoney and QIWI
⁃ Add Ukrainian language to the official EA website, Origin and EA app
⁃ Allow players to change the language of the game to any of the languages available, regardless of the region, as it is now we cannot even play in English!
