Unlinking a newly linked account

I had my original EA account linked to my Xbox account and all my progress and data is on that EA account. A family member unlinked my Xbox account from that EA account and linked it to a newer EA account and now I have no access to my progress or stats and I can't unlink my account for 6 months. Is there anyway to be able to unlink this account early so I can link it back to the original account.
