Can't link EA account to PSN Account

NOBODY HAS THESE ORIGINAL EMAIL ADDRESSES, WHAT PART OF THAT DO YOU GUYS NOT UNDERSTAND? YOU GUYS CREATED THESE EMAILS AND THEN LOCKED US OUT OF OUR OWN ACCOUNTS AND NOW WE CAN'T EVEN GET IN TO BUY AND PLAY A GAME.

I am having the same issue. The problem is that it has been over 10 years since I played Battlefield, and now I don't even have the old email account or phone number associated with it. I have a PS5 and a new account and can't link to EA because of silines from them. How about you clear all the older accounts of customers once they create a new one?  Or at least make it simple for us to communicate with a human to take the necessary action. 

Well said, I'm dealing with this issue myself (as well as many others in the world) and EA support is absent in helping. The chat they're using is likely AI that only directs you to unhelpful forum articles.

I’m having the same issue and it seems there is no way to get in contact with anyone. I was on the live chat waiting for about 6 hours. It was 2am when they finally responded and it automatically disconnected because I was obviously sleeping. Has anyone been able to get this resolved? 

SAME EXACT SCENARIO! 2am was when the AI contacted me and disconnected due to me being unresponsive from 2am to 3am....

Thank God im not the only one, ive been dealing with this **bleep** for 8 years 

what don't you guys understand? our accounts are linked to email address that we didn't create and therefor we cant access the account with that email address. and you guys have done nothing to resolve this issue. i cant play any of your games because of the verification bull**bleep** for an email that i cant access and or doesn't exist
