Updated From Origin And Lost All Of My Games

I've been trying to solve this for like a week, and this is the latest response that I got from support:

"I hope you are doing well. Having reviewed your email, I came to know that you have contacted us for missing games. You do not need to worry, I'll surely do my best to help you with it.

Please let me inform you, these all are sunset games and we do not support anymore.
I would suggest you enjoy our latest games it has lot of features and unbelievable graphics."

What a joke, so I've lost all of the Mass Effect and Dragon Age games, which includes Inquisition and Mass Effect Legendary edition all because I updated from Origin to the new app. And the response is, "buy new games, the graphics are better". I want the games that I've already payed for. What a complete joke of a service.

    I've still got ME Legendary and Dragon Age both showing in this BS app, but it did uninstall them so I've got to redownload everything. Hopefully it's still there for you too, either way this sucks.

    They're not there, and I've had no response from EA on twitter either. lol It's absurd that they seemingly think that this is ok, the response from support is ridiculous "just buy new games, they have better graphics". It's infuriating. Now, I'm never going to buy another EA game again.

    i to lost all my Origin Games. They did nothing for me either. I to will no longer purchase another EA Game or support them in any way.
