    RESOLVED Outage May 22nd, 2024. "Games have been removed from your library" Message in EA app

    Hi all,

    We are seeing RECOVERY of the temporary problem which started on May 22nd at 8 am UTC, which was unintentionally impacting some users, causing them to see the message *"Games have been removed from your library" or *"You don't have access" error on the EA app more frequently than expected.

    Recent reports in this forum thread seem to confirm this trend. Thank you for reporting this to us!

    If you continue to experience the issue, please perform an EA app App Recovery (clear cache) by following the steps here, or reboot the client or machine.

One of my Games has been Removed from my list, the App says my EA play membership has Ended. 
i never had EA play and the game was Bought and Gifted to me, How do I Fix this Problem?

After the EA app major bug, i've been enough lucky that most of my games are now restored.

Except for Sim City, they restored the standard version instead of the integral version, the big dlc cities of tomorrow has not been restored.

I tried to contact chat support it was awful, i'm not sure if it was an AI or a real human.

support : you've no games on your EA account please connect to the right account

me : lol??? it's the good account i'm connected to it and have no other account

support : ok i see your games now what is the issue ?

me : all my games have been restored including battlefield, fifa and need for speed. But sim city integral edition has been replaced by standard edition.

support : You've no more Fifa ?

me : Fifa has been restored, i've purchased it on Steam. Same for battlefield and NFS they have been restored.

support : For fifa, battlefield and need for speed you should contact Steam.

me : they have been restored, but Sim City content is missing

support : what is missing ?

me : sim city integral edition is missing, including cities of tomorrow dlc

support : you should resuscribe to EA play to get back this content

me : i purchased the integral edition

support : what is the CD-key ?

me : you ask me for a 2019 cd-key ? i know no more even where i purchased that, it was before you came back to steam

support : did i help to solve your issue ?

me : Not really no. But i guess it's because you won't help.

support : is there something more i can do ?

me : Well please tell to support that they restored most games but not Sim City content. 

support : i'll tell them

precision : i removed and reinstalled EA app, emptied the cache, it didn't fix the issue obviously

Aaaaaah XD

This support is crazy bad. RIP Sim City.

Anyway it's not like this is a big loss. I tried that on principle because i don't like that EA removes our games without reason.

I just hope in the future they won't **** again like that on major games like battlefield fifa or need for speed.

Because seriously why should we buy more EA games if EA suddendly remove us our games ? Nonsense. They should make an effort.
