I understand, but in my case, I’m 100% sure my account is deactivated — when I try to launch the game, I clearly get a message saying that my account has been disabled.
I’ve already tried everything suggested in the guide you shared (connection troubleshooting, cache reset, reinstalling the game, etc.), but the issue remains exactly the same.
So this doesn’t seem to be a connection or technical problem — it really looks like a ban or deactivation issue that isn’t showing up on my EA Help penalty history.
Do you think you could forward this to someone from the support or Terms of Service team to take a closer look?
