My account was banned
Hello. My account was banned, but I have never used any cheats, scripts, or macros. The only background software running was 'ExitLag' (or GearUP Booster) to optimize my high ping and unstable connection. I suspect the anti-cheat system could have falsely flagged my account due to the sudden change of my IP address or network routing caused by this software. Please review my account logs manually, as I did nothing wrong. Thank you
I don't understand why I was banned. The only things that come to mind are topping up my account and reports from some angry teammates who didn't like something and started spamming reports while telling me about it. If I was banned for that, it’s very strange, since I rarely use the chat or message other players. How is this possible? I’m just playing a game I love, and then I get banned. If I actually violated the rules, give me a warning or a temporary suspension—but a permanent ban is just too much. I would understand if I had used cheats, done something to affect the gameplay, or tried to trick the system.
I can't file an appeal.
All of this is so strange.
I was just playing my favorite game—and then that was it, it was all gone. I used to sit there grinding ranked matches with friends, and now that’s gone too; my disappointment knows no bounds.
