Rpoblem wilt battle pass rewards
Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with Battlefield 6 and my EA account. Here’s my situation:
1. My EA account was originally created via Steam login and is linked to my Steam account.
2. On this EA account, I previously purchased and fully played Battlefield 2042, including completing the Battle Pass.
3. I recently purchased Battlefield 6 on Steam.
4. The game launches fine via Steam and shows my correct EA ID in-game.
5. However, Battlefield 6 does not appear in my EA App library, and my Battlefield 2042 rewards and progression (cosmetics, Battle Pass rewards, “Road to Battlefield 6” event) are not applied in Battlefield 6.
6. I have already tried:
• Launching BF6 through Steam with EA App running.
• Checking EA App files and folders.
• Clearing cache in EA App as per support instructions.
• Verifying game files in Steam.
• Repairing the game in EA App.
I have contacted EA Support, and they confirmed this is a known issue, but there is no manual fix available yet. My case has been recorded for investigation.
I am posting here to ask if anyone else is experiencing the same problem and to make sure EA can see this issue from the forums as well.
