anti cheat not listing games

Hello EA Support,
The EA Anti-Cheat installer does not list my installed games. The Javelin bar stays gray when I start Battlefield 6 or EA Sports FC 26. The installer window is empty and the EA Anti-Cheat Service is missing in services.msc. I already tried all usual fixes.

What happens:
Javelin opens but the bar never turns green. The folder C:\Program Files\EA\AC\ exists and contains EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe, but the installer lists no games. Services.msc shows only EA Background Service. Manual start gives Error 87 (Invalid Parameter). Even after reinstall, the games are not bound.

What I tried:
Reinstalled and repaired both games.
Reinstalled EA App as administrator.
Deleted the AC folder and let EA recreate it.
Ran install commands manually.
Removed Hyper-V and WSL and all virtual adapters.
Disabled NVIDIA App and RGB tools.
Confirmed that AC files exist.
Started the games as admin to force binding.
Still no games shown.

System:
No VPNs or TAP adapters.
Windows and EA App fully updated.
Beta channel enabled.

Request:
Please check if this is a known bug and advise how to re-register the game bindings when the installer list is empty. I can provide logs if needed.

Summary:
Clean system, no virtualization, but EA Anti-Cheat will not list the games and Javelin stays gray.

Thank you.
