I have certainly tried some of the options e.g. I did an sfc /scannow this morning, have previously checked the Visual C files and have tried an install with virus software off for the period of the install attempt). I also tried a "clean boot" option a few hours ago with all non-Microsoft services disabled and all start-up services disabled - which also failed.
I have found results for the 4C-6356 and 8C-6356 errors listed on the Microsoft Learn related to Win32 App development. Specifically the 4C-6356 error code returned messages related to:
- Ternary Raster Operations - Win32 apps
- simpleLocation url Element (Search Connector Schema) - Win32 apps
- Keyboard Input Overview - Win32 Apps
The 8C-6456 returned the above and a three further:
- Windows Package Manager COM API - Win32 apps
- RTlEthernetAddressToStringW function (ip2string.h) - win32 apps - relating to "buffer should be large enough to hold at least 18 characters"
- RTlEthernetAddressToStringW function (ip2string.h) - win32 apps - relating to extracting more information from the Ethernet MAC address to be stored.
I believe the one relating to the Ethernet MAC address is unllikely since I can installl the EA App on a different computer using the same router

Downloaded the 32 bit Visual C++ files. Installed. Tried to install the EA App. Unsucessful.
Downloaded the 64 bit Visual C++ files. Installed. Tried to install the EA App. Unsucessful.
Deleted the 32 and 64 bit Visual C++ files 2015-2022. Resinstalled. Tried to install the EA App. Unsucessful.
Downloaded the 4.8.1 DOT network files. Coulld not install - later version already on computer. Update history showed that Cumulative Update for .NET framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 2H22 for x64 (KB5022497) was installed sucessfully on 15/02/2023. Deletion was not recommended so no further action taken.
Recieve updates for Microsoft Products Other was already On.

Lastly had an attempt with (windows) virus protection and firewall turned off.
In all cases attempts to install the EA App were ran as administrator. All attempts resulted in 4C-6356 or 8C-6356 error messages. I should probably have made a note which.

It had reappeared. Deleted and another attempt to install made. Another failure - and it had reappeared in the installed apps again. (Now deleted)

Okay... Deinstalliere noch einmal die EA App über Windows, falls sie noch unter "Installierte App" steht.
* Ich gehe jetzt davon aus, dass du keine EA Spiele installiert hast. Also zB auch nicht über Origin.
Lösche die EA App-Ordner / Origin-Ordner, sofern sie noch da sind. Eventuell gib es ein Konflikt mit der alten Origin-App? Sofern du sie hattest?
Öffne bitte den Explorer / Dieser PC (This PC) und suche hier.
Beispiele:
C: > Programme > Electronic Arts = Löschen
C: > Programme (x86) > Origin = Löschen
Klick auf Anzeige > Einblenden > Ausgeblendete Elemente (View > Show > Hidden items)
C: > ProgramData > ...
C: > Benutzer (Users) > Username > AppData > Local > ...
C: > Benutzer (Users) > Username > AppData > Locallow > ...
C: > Benutzer (Users) > Username > AppData > Roaming > ...
Suche in den oberen Ordner zB nach EA Desktop, Electronic Arts oder Origin und lösche diese Ordner. Sollte der EA Games-Ordner leer sein, dann kann auch dieser gelöscht werden.
* Sollte es bei der Löschung der Ordner Probleme geben, dann öffne bitte einmal den Task-Manager und beende unter Prozesse > Hintergrundprozesse = EA und EA Background Service (Rechtsklick > Task beenden)

Gebe dann bitte in der Windows-Suche "regedit" (ohne ") ein und starte das Programm "Registrierungs-Editor" (Registry Editor) .
Durchsuche hier bitte einmal folgende Ordner und lösche bitte nur die angegeben Ordner, die zu 100% zu EA gehören.
Öffne: HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software
Suche hier nach Ordner wie: EA ..., Electronic Arts, Origin und lösche diese (Rechtsklick > Löschen) .
Öffne jetzt: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE
Suche auch hier nach Ordner wie: EA ..., Electronic Arts, Origin und lösche diese.
Weiter zu: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > WOW6432Node
Suche auch hier nach: EA ..., Electronic Arts, Origin und lösche diese.
Schließe den Editor und starte den PC einmal neu.
* Als Tipp. Fahre den PC einmal richtig herunter und halte dabei die Shift-Taste bis zum ende gedrückt. Dabei werden alle Prozesse und Treiber einmal richtig beendet und beim Start wieder neu geladen.
Windows Start-Button > Shift-Taste gedrückt halten + Herunterfahren.(Shut down)
Sollte das alles auch nicht helfen, dann weiß ich leider auch nichts mehr. Und sorry für die ganze Arbeit, die du dir dann gemacht hast.

Ihr beide benutzt ja das Programme wie den CCleaner. Und es könnte sein, dass dieses eventuell euer Windows-System beschädigt hat. Diese Programme können zwar mehr oder weniger hilfreich sein, aber eben auch das System beschädigen.
Meine persönliche Lösung wäre jetzt, weil eben nichts hilft und alles sehr viel Arbeit macht, Windows einmal komplett neu auszusetzen. Also keine Sicherung oder Reparatur, sondern wirklich einmal komplett neu. Mit einem USB-Stick zB + dem Windows Media Creation Tool 22H2 ist das mit etwas Erfahrung schnell erledigt. Wichtig ist natürlich, sich vorher alle wichtigen Daten vom System zu sichern (Bilder, Musik, usw) .

Es ist wie gesagt nur meine Empfehlung, die ich mit dem verdacht der Beschädigung so lösen würde. Ob es am Ende das eigentliche Problem löst, das ist natürlich schwer zu sagen. Es liegt also am Ende bei dir bzw euch.
