Fehlercode 8C-6356 und 4C-6356 bei der Installation der EA Desktop APP

Hallo zusammen,

bei der Installation der EA Desktop APP tritt kurz vor Abschluss der Installation immer der Fehlercode 8C-6356 oder ähnlich auf.

Folgende Punkte habe ich schon ausprobiert:

1. Start der EA Desktop App als Admin

2. Windows Firewall deaktiviert

3. Antivirus Programm deaktiviert

4. Windows Cache geleert

5. Temporäre Windows-Dateien gelöscht

6. EA Desktop APP nach der fehlerhaften Installation mit dem CCCleaner entfernt

7. Registry bereinigt

8. Windows neu gestartet

Leider schlägt die Installation trotzdem jedesmal fehl.

Edition Windows 11 Pro
Version 22H2
Installiert am ‎09.‎10.‎2022
Betriebssystembuild 22621.1413
Leistung Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22639.1000.0

On CCLeaner: I had no issue getting the EA App onto a computer on which CCleaner is run much more frequently than on the computer that had the issue. Which is not to say that it was not the cause of corrupted Windows image. It could have been another uninstalller or - who knows. CCleaner is widely used and has been around for decades so it would be hasty and maybe harsh to blame it.
