Sims 4 Redeemed code but didn't receive pack

Hello,

today I bought keys for four different Sims 4 expansions which I then wanted to redeem. I was able to redeem and download the first three with no problem but after redeeming the last code (for the pets expansion pack) I did not actually receive the pack. Like the first three times, I entered the code and hit confirm and the EA app redirected me to the page of the add-on. The first three times, the "Buy" button would switch to "Download" after a few seconds, but it did not work this time.

The code was valid and redeemed, because now when I try to enter it again it says that "it has already been redeemed", but I cannot download the DLC and it also doesn't show up between the other Sims 4 DLCs I own.

I've noticed though that when I boot up the game, the main menu shows that I actually do own the Pets DLC, but since it doesn't show up in the EA library I cannot download the content and play.

So far I've tried restarting the game, the EA app and my computer, but I don't know what else to try.
