我的原始邮箱被盗了，现在steam买了新的ea游戏也无法游玩。我不断尝试更换邮箱都需要原本的邮箱来确认。这导致我无法再继续游玩ea游戏，且我之前在战地系列里游玩的300小时也全部作废了。我真的很喜欢战地系列，也很珍视我的游戏存档。 请问大家谁能帮帮我更换邮箱，且保留我的存档
