COMMUNITY MANAGER PLEASE HELP: Problem with FC 26 Preorder in EA APP

I am not receiving the pre-order discount for FC 26 even though I own both FC25 and FIFA 23. Both games are registered in my EA App library.

I am attempting to purchase FC 26 through the EA App and even after going to check out and going to the final "Submit Order" page I am not getting the discount.

Here are additional details:

1. I am logged into the correct account on EA App (that has FC 25 and FIFA 23).
2. I am trying to purchase the Ultimate Edition (where 10% discount should apply).
3. I have FC25 through EA App directly and FIFA 23 through Steam (linked to EA App and displays on library).
4. I have played both FIFA 23 and FC25 for several weeks including ultimate team.
5. I have gone all the way to the last step of "Complete Payment" to see if the discount applies later on, but it simply is not showing up.

Please note that I have contacted Customer Service through EA website several times now and every single time they made me wait hours and then said they can't help me. Each time they refused to connect me to a manager or escalate my case to a dedicated EA team. I need your help to resolve this issue.
