新品で買ったPS5で初めてログインしようとしたら

過去にAPEXをしたことはなく、初めてプレーしようとPS5にダウンロードして起動したら「パスワードをリセットしてください」と出ました。 アカウントは作りパスワードもリセットしましたが、この画面から変わりません。 どうすればいいですか。
