20$ voucher Redeemed and hidden on my EA account

i redeemed a 20$ voucher on my EA account, and there is no where i can find it or even use it. Can anyone send me the ea support email or advise. thx

    Since i already redeemed my code, when i try to redeem my code, it says this code has already been redeemed.
