4 days stuck at 78% download and error message

Greetings.

I wanted to install the game back after 3 years, with Origin client had no issues at all. With new  EA app, the game stop downloading at 78% all times with error message 'something gone wrong'

I tried these methods:

App Recovery. Same issue.

Uninstalled the downloaded files , I download again new, same issue, at 78% it stuck

The game tho , the installation , say 46GB and when download is 27GB only.

I tried without any DLCs ( I own the Game of the Year edition). Again same error message.

Is there some fix on this ? And a question ..any reason a company remove a good working client and release a new who can't even download the game someone own?
