Enchanted by Nature DLC not available to play
I have updated the Sims 4 game and downloaded the Enchanted by Nature DLC, but it says that I will only be able to play the DLC on Sep 3rd at 7pm. Why? When this DLC has already been released.

Hi. No, I didn't. But I bought it from a reputable source and the DLC was released over a month ago. I have never had this issue before.
I purchased the DLC from Cdkeys/Loaded this morning (9-1-25), and the only option I have is to "pre-load" the DLC. The EA App tells me the game releases on 9-3-25.
I have cleared the app's cache and repaired the game, to no avail.EA support recommended posting the issue here... Any insight is helpful.

Nope. No solution that I know of. Just waiting another couple of hours...
