Absence of skin, Sims skin completely blacked out. No mods.

I had updated the game, played it, this didn’t occur. Tried to play it again today, now two of my sims, and a cat, do not have skin, or fur. They look like this in live mode, and CAS. Out of the six Sims in my household, three are like this. And NPCs are experiencing it too. This is just surprising because I don’t use mods, and I’ve never experienced this issue before. 

I tried to see if temporarily changing their skin colour, and then switching it back would fix it. But it doesn’t. I tried with all the skin colours. I also tried to reset them, and I repaired my game. 

I’m just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? I use the EA app, and a PC.
