Accidental submission of main team - SBC (PLEASE HELP)

I hope this message finds you well. I am an avid FIFA player, having played since FIFA 99, and over the years, I’ve invested a lot of time and effort into building my teams. However, due to growing responsibilities at work and caring for my 3-year-old daughter, I wasn't able to purchase FIFA this year. Eventually, I decided to buy it later, and despite my limited time, I worked hard to build a decent squad.

While playing with my daughter, she accidentally clicked something, which resulted in my first team being submitted into the 83+ TOTW player pack. This happened around 3:50 PM IST - 4th of February. Unfortunately, some of my best players—such as Bale (SBC), Haaland 93, Casillas 90, Thuram 90, Roberto Carlos (TOTY), Dembele 94, Kompany 90, and several others—were included in the submission, totaling 11 players.

I am reaching out with a humble request for your help in reversing this mistake. I have not yet opened the TOTW player pack, and I would be extremely grateful if you could assist me in restoring my squad. I’ve put in a lot of effort to build this team, and given my limited playtime, it would be heartbreaking to lose it.

As a long-time FIFA player, I trust in EA's commitment to supporting the community, and I hope you can help me resolve this issue. If this cannot be reversed, I may have to consider discontinuing playing, as this was a huge effort on my part.
