Hi there, @thugmetro 

Can you try using a different device? Also, make sure you're using a Chrome browser. If you're on a mobile device, use desktop mode for the browser and in incognito so that cookies aren't an issue. Let me know how it goes. Thank you.

    I have already tried from 2 different computers, 6 different browsers, incognito mode, mobile device and nothing works.
