Account Disabled

I set up an EA account 8-10 years ago but quit using it. I recently decided to play Battlefield V. Downloaded through Xbox Gamepass, but wasn't able to play because my account has been disabled. I reset the password, but still am not able to get in. I need to contact EA Support, but keep going in circles and never get the option to click on a chat window!!

    Thanks for sharing what you've done so far. I've tested the EA Help site and it's up and running for me. I'm able to create a ticket without any issues. Could you try it again? If you're still running into the same issue, try clearing out your browser cache to see if that helps.
