Account disconnection

Hello I am writing about a person issue I am dealing with rn about me trying to disconnect an account and change it to another one and while I was trying to connect it to another account it made me go back to my old one while not allowing me to sign in to another one . Now I can’t disconnect this account until 2026 and that is unreasonable&nbsp;
