When i try to log into my account, using my email and password, it logs me into a different account, how do i assure the account i log into is the correct one and that i do not log into someone else's account.
I want to play Sims but the account it logs me into has none of the DLC i have bought only the base game despite the fact i have bought 90% of the DLC,

Have you tried checking any email accounts you have to see if you can find any EA accounts?

no this is not the case i still have my families and builds but the packs have been taken away and i don't know why or how to retrieve them as I've updated and repaired the game

no they don't as this is a different account but when i try log into my account it says this is it now none my packs are here
it says not owned when i literally have been buying them for years im so upset to have lost all this and the money
