Hello,
My Steam account appears to be linked to an old EA account. However, this EA account is registered to an old email address that I no longer have access to. Therefore, I can't log in to the EA App or link my new EA account to my Steam account.
Please help.

I can share our guide to help you recover access to your email address. If that's not possible, you can try reaching out to our live support team.
There's a button to Contact Us at the bottom of the guide. In these cases, an Advisor will need to examine the account closely; we can't do that here on the EA Forums.
In the meantime, you can find the details of unlinking and relinking accounts in this article. There are some limitations to be aware of.
