Locked out of the account and can't appeal the ban
Today I after communicating with an EA advisor I recovered my EA account since a hacker had access to it and had changed the email. From the advisor I learned that I have a ban in apex legends. I guess because of the hacker since the last time I played was in November 2023. Afterwards I as I tried to reset my password (it was suggested by the advisor and also I didn't remember it) I didn't receive the code in the email. I checked both junk and spam folders and still nothing. Again, I communicated with an EA advisor and learned that I can't receive the code in the email because my account is suspended due to violations of terms of service. It was suggested to me by the advisor that I should fill the appeal weform and submit it. The problem is that to access the webform I have to sign in which I can't. So, basically I can't do anything.
That is why I am writing this post from a secondary account that I recently discovered I have. Also, I haven't accessed my account from any other country apart from the one that I live in. So, I guess it should be evident from the IP logs that I wasn't the one violating the ToS.
