Account locked due to stuck session token - Need Community Manager escalation

Hi everyone and Community Managers,

My EA account (ElpresiBlankito) on PC has been completely locked out of Ultimate Team for days. Every time I try to enter, I get the server error message stating that it is not possible to connect to Ultimate Team.

Live Chat agents confirmed they lack the administrative tools to manually force a session clear from their panel and that the case was escalated to the Game Team. However, the account remains completely locked and I cannot access any Ultimate Team features or play my matches during the weekend.

Could a Community Manager please look into case #255763633 and pass my EA ID (ElpresiBlankito) directly to the technical team to purge/reset the hung session on the database?
