Account was linked to an old xbox 360 account now I can't link it to GamePass

I've searched all over EA Help and can't find a way to create a support ticket. It's like EA really doesn't want us to get help and to use their extremely unhelpful AI chat bot. 

Please help me fix this so I can continue to use this account and my GamePass account. Other wise I guess my option is to create a new EA account but that's a hassle having to create a new E-mail just to make that.
