Achievements not unlocking and not tracking hours

i've had this game on the ea app for a while now but I bought it for Steam today. I started it but unfortunately, it isn't tracking my hours while i'm playing and also isn't giving me achievements.

For example, I did the first 2 missions which have achievements for completing them. However, I did not get them

I did already have these unlocked on the ea app however
