Activate your game

Have been playing Battlefield 1 for almost 200 hours. Every single login requires me to activate the game, credentials of my own profile don't work, also have reset password 2x times. I have to use the credentials of a friend's account to "activate" in order to play. Tried installing Bf4, cannot even play due to the "activate your game" window, also not working with my credentials.

Have made a post before about the same issue in July.
