KingPluto97 Sorry for the late reply. Do you own the base game in Steam? If so, try removing it from your Steam library, then clearing the EA App's cache (again):

If that doesn't help, you could instead unlink your Steam and EA accounts, under Account Settings on ea.com, and clear the App's cache yet again.
