Re: Code redeemed but game not showing in my EA library

I recently bought two Sims 3 dlc packs. I redeemed the codes, it showed me that I got them, but I cannot download them since they are not in my library. When I redeem again, it says that these codes are used. Ive restarted the app, reinstalled the app. Nothing seems to be working. Ive waited for hours. Please help.

    Solved! I got in contact with EA help within minutes after submitting a case. I informed them about my problem and it seemed that my games were stuck somewhere. The agent asked some info, made some changes, told me to restart the EA app. After restarting the DLCs were there and ready to download. SO DELIGHTED!
