My email address is ruby.berry02@icloud.com. I'm reaching out regarding two expansion packs I purchased from your company some time ago. One pack cost around $40, and the other was either $20 or also $40. Unfortunately, I haven't played the game in a while, and when I recently logged back in, I found that the packs were no longer available to me. Specifically, the packs were "Lovestruck" and the college-themed pack.

I'm concerned that I'll have to repurchase these packs, despite having already paid for them. I'd appreciate it if you could look into this matter and help me restore access to my purchased content.
