ea wont let me sign in because IP address has changed?

Everytime i try and sign in with my apple log in, it will direct me to your website to confirm it is me - and then tells me to go back to the EA app "all good" click the EA app, and it wont let me go further becauase it is saying my IP has changed?? I have spent so much money on my account this is ridiculous.
