if it happens again, try to repair the game and do the App Recovery, and send a message again.
As to the feedback and requests, I cannot say what will or will not be added in the future. The EA app team is listening to the community and is planning to add improvements to it over time. That is all I can say at the moment, and further improvements and information about the app will be communicated as they are revealed.

@EA_Pythia Recovering the application or repairing the game does nothing. The thing happens randomly, yesterday this problem happened again. When I was in the game and dropped the game to the taskbar I couldn't open the application again. My colleagues have the same. I've had the app since March 1 and it's already kicked me out of the game twice saying "connection to game session lost". And it's not the fault of the Internet, because you're about to start writing like that, because I know the computer better than you, but this application is to blame. If once a year it happens to me that I don't have the Internet for 5 minutes, a different message pops up, namely this. "Connection to EA servers has been lost, online features will be unavailable. Please try again. For more information, see ea.com/unable-to-connect." I'm writing this to you so that you don't leave me right away that my Internet doesn't work because my Internet works perfectly. I'm telling you again, I've been playing BFV since March 2019, I have over 4000 hours in it and I know and seen various "behaviors" of this game and during this time using ORIGIN something like this happened to me maybe once and I've had this application for 9 days I've crashed the game twice with the message "Lost connection to game session". 99% of this error is your new "good" EA app.
