All my kits and packs are uninstalled. Cannot play the game at all
All of my kits and packs are uninstalled. How do I reinstall them?

@lambchop307 Open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, and click the Download button under each pack.
If you can't download your packs, or this doesn't help, let me know what you see when you try.
