EA app won't connect

I am having difficulties connecting to the ea app and anytime I try to access the offline mode it will also error and just try to put the online mode back on. It says about turning auto loggin off however I cannot because I can't access the app and even uninstalling and reinstalling it doesn't fix the issue. it says to check my internet but my internet is fine.
