My video card is always running even at idle? I don't gme much be this takes up resources? I also can't get the app to boot minimized even through I set it to do so? Never used to? I also gt an error...

change the default graphics preference in Windows or the NVIDIA Control Panel to "Integrated Graphics" or "Power Saving" mode
I have an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 4070 and haven't had this issue before. However, maybe this could help you?
To remove the tray icon and stop the application from running in the background, open the NVIDIA Control Panel > On the top menu select > Desktop > uncheck "Show Notification Tray Icon. (found on the windows help website)
