Application Error 0xc0000005

Hey everyone. When clicking on the EA app on my Windows 10 64-bit computer, an error pops up saying “EALauncherHelper.exe - Application Error”, with the error code being 0xc0000005. I had a bad image error before, and when fixing that I was met with this new error. I’ve done the system file checker which shows no corrupt files or integrity violations, used the chkdsk and many other fixes. This problem occurred after the app updated, and nothing has worked so far. Does anyone know a solution for this specific problem or would it be better to just reinstall the app?

    I get the same issues after updating the application. Most likely a software issue on the dev side.

    Hi my EA app worked fine yesterday then when I turned on my computer to play some games a couple of hours later I was also met with this error code. I've also done the same troubleshooting steps you've mentioned but to no avail, did you ever solve this issue?
