Backup file on ea desktop
I have backup file for mass effect game and i want to restore that file in ea desktop how do i restore the game on ea dekstop?

It would kind of depend on how you backed up the game.
In general I would suggest unpacking the files in a folder, then launch the EA app and click on download for Mass Effect.
Then you set the folder to the folder where the files are for Mass Effect.
If that doesn't work, then you'll have to download and install the game again through the EA app.
So that is not a feature in EA Desktop? This used to work in Origin.
No thanks uninstalling EA Desktop. I'll rebuy games if I want to play them on steam sales. Not playing EA games anymore anyway.
- @Screamer-RSA Back and restore seems like such a basic feature of any launcher, the trash EA desktop cannot even do that in 2023.
